1、特应性皮炎 Atopic dermatitis

用于治疗外用药控制不佳或不建议使用外用药的6个月及以上儿童和成人中重度特应性皮炎。可与或不与外用皮质类固醇联合使用。

Used for the treatment of moderate to severe atopic dermatitis in children and adults aged 6 months and above who have poor control of topical medications or are not recommended to use topical medications. Used in combination with or without topical corticosteroids.

2、结节性痒疹 Pruritus nodules

用于治疗适合系统治疗的中度至重度结节性痒的成人患者。

Used to treat adult patients with moderate to severe pruritus nodules who are suitable for systemic therapy.

3、哮喘 Asthma

适用于 12 岁及以上青少年和成人哮喘患者的维持治疗，其中包括:

Maintenance treatment for adolescents and adults aged 12 and above with asthma, including:

1) 经中-高剂量吸入性糖皮质激素(ICS)联合其他哮喘控制药物治疗后仍控制不佳的伴有 2型炎症(以嗜酸性粒细胞增加和/或呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)升高为特征)的哮喘患者;

1) Asthma patients with type 2 inflammation (characterized by increased eosinophils and/or elevated fractional exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO)) who remain poorly controlled after treatment with medium-high doses of inhaled glucocorticoids (ICS) combined with other asthma control drugs;

2) 口服糖皮质激素依赖性的哮喘患者。

2) Asthma patients dependent on oral glucocorticoids.
